Booking and Confirmation:
Once you book a cleaning service with us, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email detailing the service, date, and time.
By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to our cancellation policy.
Once a quote has been accepted, it is necessary for all customers to sign a service contract prior to commencing the project. This procedure ensures that all terms and expectations are explicitly defined and understood before the project begins.
Cancellation Notice Requirements:
Pressure Cleaning Services: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Soft Wash Services: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Other Services We Offer: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellation Fees:
Pressure Cleaning Services:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.
Soft washing Services:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Emergency Cancellations:
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days.
For payments made through other methods, refunds will be processed via the same method unless otherwise agreed.

Skippy’s Pressure Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to staff shortages, weather conditions, equipment issues or voluntary roles arise.
In such cases, we will promptly inform the customer with updates and alternative scheduling options as soon as possible.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
At Skippy's Pressure Cleaning, we reserve the right to cancel any new or existing bookings and services if we determine that a customer is not a suitable fit for our services. This decision is made solely at our discretion. Instances that may lead to service termination include, but are not limited to, customers being rude to our employees, exhibiting violence or aggression, sexual remarks or any other behavior we deem unacceptable.
Customers should note that any deposit paid for these jobs will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
