By booking an job with us, you agree to the following terms

  • Booking and Confirmation: Once you book a cleaning service with us, you will receive a confirmation via sms or email detailing the service, date, and time.

  • By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice Requirements:

  • Pressure Cleaning Services: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Soft Wash Services: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

    Other Services We Offer Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72hrs before the scheduled service.

    Cancellation Fees:

  • Pressure Cleaning Services:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

    1. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.

  • Soft washing Services:

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling Policy:

Emergency Cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days.

  • For payments made through other methods, refunds will be processed via the same method unless otherwise agreed.
